JumpPuppy is based in Austin, Texas. The JumpPuppy.com management team has over 35 years of combined experience managing large corporate networks and providing IT support to organizations of all sizes. JumpPuppy has leveraged this knowledge and designed a robust, easy-to-use IT management platform specifically for IT professionals to use internally to meet the IT support needs of their organization.

The system is stable and rich with useful features but was purposefully kept simple in its design so that it does not become overly complex. We understand that there are many IT management systems out there that are feature rich but are very cumbersome and painful to use.

Our business model is fairly simple. We provide a Free Lite Version of our helpdesk module that is stable, user friendly, and includes various useful features that could benefit most any organization. For organizations wanting more customization or resources, we offer a very affordable fee-based Basic, Professional and Enterprise version.

To enhance the user experience, there are no advertisements forced upon you as you use the service. There is no risk to try JumpPuppy out to see if it would be a good fit for your organization.
