Launch of JumpPuppy.com is Scheduled for February 15, 2013!

January 5, 2013  (Austin, TX) – JumpPuppy.com is a free web-based helpdesk service designed for IT professionals to help them manage the unique IT support needs of small and medium sized organizations.

We had our ‘soft launch’ on December 1, 2012.   We’ve worked hard on developing JumpPuppy and we are very excited about the full launch of JumpPuppy which is currently scheduled for February 15, 2013.

We appreciate all of the feedback we’ve received from our friends, families, pets, and of course, our end user clients.

JumpPuppy offers its subscribers a feature-rich basic version which is completely free for up to 3 IT Staff accounts and a Pro version for subscribers that prefer to have extended features. JumpPuppy’s free Basic version and fee-based Pro version will both be advertisement free – a true benefit to its users as many free advertising-based services serve ads that often take up precious screen space reducing the page display speed and impairing the overall user experience.
